Refund policy

If you’re not satisfied with your SERISIMPLE purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. For such returns, customers will cover the cost of shipping back to SERISIMPLE and SERISIMPLE will cover the cost of shipping product back to the customer for any exchanges.
