💬 What Are The Laundry Instrutions?
Our products can be washed in the washing machine, the fabric is not easily deformed, and it remains in its original state after multiple washings.

Delivery all over the US.
How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
Our items are usually delivered within 7 business days, but sometimes it takes longer.
💬 How do I track my package?
You can track your parcel via the Confirmation Email. Also, you can click “Track my Order” link on our website.
💬 My payment was declined, why?
If your credit card is declined there may be a few reasons: the card has no funds available, you entered the wrong CSV security code, the card is expired, you entered the wrong billing information, the card does not allow internet purchases (card not present purchases) etc. In any event by calling your issuing bank they can tell you why the card is declining.
Solutions: Try a different credit card or try using PayPal as your checkout method.
💬 How do I cancel my order?
Only unshipped orders may be cancelled. Cancellation may be done either through email or by telephone. Refund will be issued accordingly if card is charged.
💬 What items are returnable?
Within 30 days of order date.
💬 If I Exchange An Item ,Do You Send Me The New Item First?
We do ask that you send us the item you want to return first. Once we receive that item, we will then send out your replacement. If you have any other questions, please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com, and we'll be happy to help.
